Farmfoods

Can anyone help me in regards to Farmfoods, I'm trying to find out the syn values (if there is any) of their frozen gammon steaks and their pork chops too. I keep getting mixed answers and I'm so confused. Thanks x

What does the ingredient list say? If they are just plain gammon steaks and pork chops, with no additives, fillers, oil, coatings, etc., then as long as you cut off all visible fat they will be free.
