Sainsburys Just Cook range

Could somebody please tell me how many syns are in the Sainsburys Just Cook range, either the Chicken Lattice Topper or Chicken with Gruyere, Bacon and BBQ Sauce?

Lattice topper is 20.5 the BBQ one is 5.5

Have you looked online - there's loads which are sin free in the just cook range? xxx

Thank you, I am doing it at home by myself, using just the books, so don't have access to the online syns. I assume the lattice is high because of the pastry. I didn't buy it in the end anyway.
