Hello long time no speak ?

Hello all its been a while
Not been on as not really had internet an got me a new job since i was last on here... But got meself an iphone so got he app ? good news is since last august not really been on a strict diet but just cut down should i say and ive still managed to loose a stone in weight hehe so proud so its give me motivation to come back on here aswell ?

How is everyone.... Also back on to make some new friends ?
