My story!!

Hi guys im a newbie on here but wanted to share my diary and experiences with you!
When I was a kid I had anorexia which wasn't handle well, my mum moved me away and force fed me... Well since then I have struggled being over weight! At my heaviest I was 22st and a size 28... Then I dropped to 16st3lbs size 16/18 and just couldn't get past it! Went to spain for 6 months and went on the Dukan diet, finally I got to 14st3lbs and a size 14! And then dun dun der I got pregnant!! At my booking scan I was already 16st again! After having my little minion I was 18st11lbs! Using myfitnesspal I got down to 15st10lb... Since then I have fluctuated between 15st4lbs and 16st7lbs! Tried all kinds and it ain't worked! Need to budge this weight! My fella is a body builder and I constantly feel like others see us together and think "what is he doing with that whale"! I run my own business, take care of my daughter single handed except weekends when my fella and kids are here! But I find it hard to eat right when I am either on the go go or bored and munching through the house!!! Today was the first day on weight watchers. I am not attending a group cos I can't get out to a meeting due to having my daughter (I spent enough time away from her as it is)! So I am going it alone using apps!
Today I walked for 4 hours and did 10 mins of weight training!
Breakfast I had a grilled full English
Lunch a jacket potato with cottage cheese and salad
Snack dairy milk bar and apple (only had 5 mins between meetings and after all the walking needed something!!)
Dinner homemade chicken curry, small naan and brown rice
Snack after weight training some mixed nuts and fruit

I am allowed 31pp a day, I don't count any fruit or veg... Then plan on saving my special points for family weekend time!

I hope I am actually going about this all right and I will budge this weight! Sick of feeling like a beached whale!

Good for you on taking the steps to do something about your weight problem and well done on your progress so far too!
Do let us know more about yourself with the info on the left of the page... it's such a help for us to see where you are at and keep on posting so we can share in your ups and the downs and give you encouragement and support.

So day 3! I decided to split my extra points across 3 nights (the nights I spent with my partner) so I can enjoy a treat with him! Yesterday I spent the day doing the garden up and even did a workout! I made a veggie full bolognese sauce which I had half with a potato and half with wholemeal pasta! For breakfast I also had my full English again! My little treat was a bar of whole nut chocolate & some pistachios! Got on the scales this morning just to be nosey and I have already lost 3 ibs!!!! Over the moon!!
 
Completed my first week so I shall have my weekly weigh in! Haven't tripped up at all! Stuck to my points completely and haven't felt hungry at all! Happy me!
 
Thank you! Been ill today so had to resort back to lemonade and rich tea biscuits! Ain't gone over my propoints allowance lol but not the healthiest day!
 
Thank you! So yesterday was a hard day as I had ran out of fruit to snack on but I only managed to go into my weekly points by 2! I had eggs on toast with sliced cucumber for breakfast. Jacket potato with cheese and peppers for lunch, then dinner was green Thai curry made with Turkey & reduced fat coconut milk! Yummy! Got fruit back in today do no biscuits for snack time! Still feeling positive!

Two slices of calorie controlled wholemeal seeded toast with lighter spread
Fresh sweet cherry tomatoes cut in half, drizzled with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt.

Hi hun egg whites are free but not shure of how many i go into my weeklys quite a lot x
 
So yesterday I still had 14pp left over cos I totally forgot about dinner! I'm a nail tech and got a little distracted with some super long encapsulated acrylic nails ready for this weekend!! But jumped on the scales today for my midweek check in and I am now 15st 12!!! Yay

Something I have found curbs my sweet cravings and is brilliant for you, is dates! I have a handful and my sweet cravings are gone and they also fill me up if I need a quick snack to tide me over!

Today I have had an apple with my coffee as per the norm before the nursery run.
Then I had a sausage cob from birds on my way to the supermarket for10pp
Then for lunch I had a jacket potato, some low fat cheese and a pile of salad, with lemon, chilli and oil dressing for 11pp
Then for dinner 60g of brown rice with homemade cheats chilli con carne (with way too much cayenne pepper) for 8pp. Still got another two portions to have over the weekend!
And just had some dates for dessert! Gonna treat myself to two squares of dark chocolate with a cuppa after I have put my minion to bed! Trying not to use too many special points as I am out for my sisters birthday to an all you can eat buffet Saturday and Sunday is my daughters 2nd birthday! Gonna be a hard weekend for dieting!! Need to be strict with myself!
