So.. Having done so well (If I may say so myself) on losing and keeping it off following SW, I am now just out of my first trimester, and have gained a stone. All throughout the first trimester I've eaten terribly, so I'm fairly confident the gain is nothing to do with the pregnancy.

I would like to avoid any excessive weight gain whilst eating as healthily as possible, so have decided the best way to keep on track is to start up a food diary again.

Monday 14th July 2014

Extra Easy Day

Breakfast
3 x grilled turkey rashers (f) grilled tomatoes (sf) inside 2 slices of wm bread (hexb)

Lunch
Half of a SW quiche, made with 2 eggs (f) tub quark (f) tomatoes (sf) peppers (sf) onion (sf) mushrooms (sf) cheese (hexa)

Snack
Alpen Light Bakewell Bar (Half hexb)

Dinner
Birdseye Salmon Fillet (f) served with roasted veg; tomatoes (sf) peppers (sf) mushrooms (sf) onions (sf) garlic (sf) and chilli (sf)

Snack
Chunk of cheese (half hexa)
 
TUESDAY 15th July 2014

Extra Easy Day

Breakfast
3 x grilled turkey rashers (f) grilled tomatoes (sf) and egg fried in Frylight (f), inside 2 slices of wm bread (hexb) with 1 tbsp HP sauce (1 syn)

Lunch
Half of a SW quiche, made with 2 eggs (f) tub quark (f) tomatoes (sf) peppers (sf) onion (sf) mushrooms (sf) cheese (hexa)
2 tbsp Sainsbury's be good to yourself Cottage Cheese with chives and onion (f)

Dinner
Quorn Spag Bol- Quorn Mince (f) tomatoes (sf) peppers (sf) mushrooms (sf) onions (sf) garlic (sf) carrots (sf) beef stock (f) Oregano (f)
Wholewheat spaghetti (f)
Topped with a second Hexa of cheese which I'm allowed on the pregnancy plan.

Snack
2 x Alpen Light Bakewell Bars (HexB)

Slice of WW wm bread, toasted, with 1 x Laughing Cow light (Part of HexA and HexB)

Homemade SW Mackerel Pate (1 syn) 1 slice of toasted WM bread (Part of HexB) and 1 cucumber, chopped

Lunch
Tomato Soup: Made as per the 'Heinz Soup' recipe - 2 tins chopped toms (sf) tin beans (f) tin carrots (sf) 2 pickled onions (sf) sweetener (f) - this tasted absolutely nothing like Heinz tomato soup. Pretty vile... And I've 3 small tubs of it still to eat!

Chicken Caesar Salad with wedges: Chicken Breast (f) tomato, cucumber, lettuce and onion (sf) 30g cheese (HexA) wedges (f) and light Caesar sauce (3 syns)

Medeterranian Chicken - 1 small chicken breast (f) topped with sauce made with mushrooms, tomatoes, (sf) and passata, garlic, mixed herbs, and basil (f)

Dinner
This is my meal off. Going to Nando's and I don't care about the syns :D
I'll probably have extra hot butterfly chicken breast, rice, coleslaw and halloumi. Will update if I have anything different.

Snack
Going to cinema so having nachos with cheese

Syns (whatever I have left out of my weekly synnage) I have about 99 syns left out of my weekly allowance so thins will fit into that comfortably.

Quorn Spag Bol - Quorn Mince (f) tomatoes (sf) peppers (sf) mushrooms (sf) onions (sf) garlic (sf) carrots (sf) beef stock (f) Oregano (f)
Wholewheat spaghetti (f)
Topped with a remainder HexA of cheese

1 square of teasers chocolate and 4 chickpea crisps (3)
