Powered sweeteners?

Hi folks, I am new to SW as of this week and at the moment my major downfall is Icecream! I decided to try and make the free icecream recipe using free yoghurt and fromage fris however is states to use sweetener to taste..

I am guessing that granulated wont cut it for this so where would one get a reasonable tasting powdered sweetener?

Truvia is very fine.

You can also get Canderel Granular (but it's like a light powder). I think it's cheaper than Truvia but as I haven't tried Truvia myself yet I can't say which is the better tasting.
