That pesky stone crept back.
I went to sainsbury's yesterday and their flavoured water (fizzy and non) with malic acid seem to contain things like apple juice from concentrate also, which is confusing me if this is allowed on the diet. Or have I got this wrong? I'm wondering if Sainsbury's have changed their recipe/formulas, because I'm pretty sure that this wasn't the case the last time I did Exante. Also, is No added sugar Ribena allowed? I suspect not, because it has blackcurrant concentrate in it.
