I have just poured some 1 percent fat milk into my potato about 5 tablespoons how many syns would you say it was x

Hi, did you use it in mashed potatoe? I always put a raw egg in my mash. It makes it really creamy but without the syns xxx

1tbsp is 15ml so it would be 75ml and 100ml is 2 syns, so say 1.5 syns xx
