What do you use your syns on?

Sorry if a post like this has already been made, I did have a quick look and couldn't find one (if there is one, you're more than welcome to re-direct me)

Anyway, as it says in the title I was wondering what do you all use your syns on? I tend to use them on the same things all the time and I'm getting a little bored. I usually stick between 5-8 a day, or sometimes I do have 10 if I use syns in my meal and have a synned snack. I enjoy both sweet and savoury snacks so any suggestions welcome.

What I usually use mine on:

Lilt Zero (1/2 syn)
Jaffa cake (2.5 syns)
Latte from my coffee machine (4 1/2 syns)
Mayflower curry powder as a meal (5 syns per serving)
Bread or cheese if not used as hex
Laughing cow triangle (1 syn)
Options Hot chocolate (2 1/2 syns)
Really, really light mayonnaise (1/2 syn per tbs)
Sweet chilli dipping sauce (1 1/2 syns per tbs)

Thanks you!

Hi Beth :)
There is a thread similar to this running above- cant copy and paste the link on my phone but its called something like what are you using your syns on today!
I tend to use mine on extra Hexs, spread/butter, ketchup and the odd hot choc/chocolate bar! X

Avocados. So good for you in many ways, so "good" syns, if you know what I mean!

(I was once told off by a consultant who said that all syns are the same, there are no good or bad syns, but to me that is stupid.)
