Hi all, I joined slimming world 22.05.14 and enjoyed keeping a food diary for the first 4 weeks for my consultant. Now I'm past that initial month, I no longer have to hand them in, but I liked the fact someone was checking them so they could point out where I might be making mistakes. So I thought I would start a food diary here so people can tell me if I'm going wrong, and so I'm still keeping track of myself.

Today's breakfast:
Cinnamon French Toast with chopped Banana.
(I had to use 1 slice white bread as I opened my wholemeal and it was mouldy :()

Snack about 10:30 - Aldi benefit bar (HexB)

Lunch - Jacket Potato, 50% lighter soft cheese (HexA), Beans, Salad; lettuce, cucumber, spring onion, yellow pepper and beetroot.
Danone 0% blackberry yogurt and 1 banana
 
Dinner;
-5% mince beef bolognese with homemade sauce; passata, chopped tomatoes, carrots, onion, mushroom.
Pasta.

Banana
 
Breakfast:
2 fried eggs (frylite) and baked beans

Lunch: None (bad i know, but I wasn't home, the only thing available where I was out was a fast food truck of burgers, hot dogs etc so I didn't want one - and by the time I got home it was nearly dinner.)

Dinner: SW Free Chicken Tikka Masala
WW Lemon yoghurt

Snacks : Banana x2, Aero Mousse (4.5 syns) 2 x rich tea biscuits
2 x Aldi benefit bars (hex b)

glass milk (Hex a)

Today's food:
Breakfast:
Egg on toast and beans
Banana

Lunch:
WM bread sandwich (hex b), ham, lettuce, cucumber
banana, pineapple, strawberries

Snack: grapes with 30g cheese (hex a)

Dinner: Pork chop, herb potatoes, swede and carrot mash, green beans
WW raspberry yoghurt

Evening snack; 1 egg

Breakfast:
Cinnamon french toast (2 slices wholemean hex b) with banana

Snack: Hard boiled Egg

Lunch: SW Speed soup

Snack : 30g red Leicester (hex a) and handful of grapes

Dinner: Fakeaway chicken nuggets (1 1/2 syn), SW free chips, Spaghetti
WW Strawberry yoghurt

Evening snack: Hard boiled Egg, Satsuma

Jacket potato with 50g soft cheese (asda chive and onion 50% lighter = Hex A) slices ham and chicken, lettuce, cucumber, yellow pepper, spring onion, FF Vinaigrette (syn free dressing) & Egg.

Fruit kebabs: Banana, red grapes, strawberries and cantaloupe melon.

Dinner - Sticky Beef Noodles
recipe from July's SW magazine, lean beef and egg noodles.

Pudding - fruit salad with squirty cream (3 syns)
 
Breakfast today:
FF Fromage Frais, Granola (Hex B), strawberries and grapes

Lunch: Omelette with 30g cheese and sliced ham
Banana

Dinner: Creamy chicken pasta from this months magazine
fruit salad - grapes, strawberry, banana

Breakfast: WW Strawberry yoghurt and 1 banana

Lunch; Ham Sandwich ( 2 slices Warburtons wholemeal 400g loaf HEX B), lettuce & cucumber. 20g cheese

Dinner; Omelette, Fruit Salad - Banana, Strawberries, Raspberries, grapes.
 
Breakfast : Banana

Lunch: Chicken Sandwich (hex B) with lettuce and cucumber.

Dinner: Chicken, Jacket potato with soft cheese (Hex A) and salad
fruit salad - strawberries, cherries, grapes - with homemade berry sorbet (3 syns)
