back again !!!!!

hi all back again its been a yr and ive put loads of weight on :( so back on it mission slim possible :) need to lose 62lbs its gonna b hard but im determined roll on fresh start in morning ive also joined a gym just gonna pop in for 30mins to 1hr each day better than sat on my butt lol wish me luck
 
Good luck you sound like you have a plan!
 
First couple of days are the hardest take it one day at a time and keep reminding yourself why you are doing this. It will get easier I promise x
