Pasta & Sauce in flask?!

Hi all
Was reading through some old posts about lunches as tired of salad and someone had mentioned you can cook Pasta & Sauce in a flask if you just add water (not as much as you would on the hob) and just leave it for 10 mins. Anyone else tried this and does it work, is it okay? And if so, how much water?

I've never heard of that, I guess if its sitting for a while the pasta may soften though it might go a bit mushy if left, I usually have this for lunch in work and can take up to 9 mins in the microwave when I'm cooking it in work though maybe I use too much water. I also use 3 - 4 extra light laughing cow cheese triangles or quark to thicken it up a bit, it also adds to the flavour
