Hi all,
I am trying slimming world for the first time, and have lost 12lbs since 22nd May. I don't have any friends who are losing weight and the people in my group are all quite a bit older than me. (I'm 29)
Anyway, I have signed up to do Run or Dye in October and have never done anything like this ever before. I am looking for a buddy who might be local so we can encourage each other with our weight loss and maybe train together too towards Run or Dye.
