Struggling - 16.5lb in 6 weeks

HiGuys,

I am new to the forum so sorry if i have posted this in the incorrect place.

I have been doing SW for 9 weeks now and lost 11.5lb altogether but the lastweek i have been really struggling. (craving biscuits and rubbish)


I goon holiday in 6 weeks’ time and would like to of lost 2st in total, could youpossibly give me some tips to stay on plan?

Andmaybe some meal ideas as I keep having the same things. (chili, mushy peacurry, super speed soup, fish and veg)

Hi, what plan do you follow and what do you usually use your syns on?.

Few meals I like are Spag bol, different curries. Stuffed chicken or wrapped in bacon. Donner kebab. Kfc chicken . Meatballs. Stir frys.
