Melt in the middle cheese burgers

Ingredients: (for 2) 290 cals each, not inc salad/sauce

200g extra lean minced beef
1/2 onion, finely diced
squirt tomato puree
sprinkle thyme
dash worcestershire sauce
plenty salt and pepper
beef stck cube
2 mini babybel light
little bit of ham
2 warburtons square thin things

Method:

1) gently fry onions in fry light, adding water if sticks. Cool slightly
2) put mince, onions, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper thyme and crumbled stck cube in a bowl and combine well
3) squash babybel on chopping board, making it thinner
4) divide meat mixture into 4 thin patties
5) put some ham and one of the babybel onto 2 of the patties
6) top with the other 2 patties
7) mould together, unsuring no gaps
8) fry on a griddle pan, sprayed with frylight, until just cooked (they don't take long, because the middle is filled with cheese
9) gently toast thin buns and serve
10) add salad/sauce etc
