its come round quick really weign in number 2.
hope i can have about a 3-4 1b lost i will be happy. Is that what you could reasonably expect after the first weeks weighin. How are you 2nd week'ers doing have you just had a weigh in or is it in the next few days?

I lost 3 in my second week although i only have 2 stone too lose. Think that will be my average from now on. Whatever you lose will be good!!

Good luck i only had my first weigh in today so don't know about the second i'd happy with about 4-5lbs as i lost 11 in week 1 would that sound normal or am i being tooooooo optimistic?

I lost 7.5 in my first week and 4.5 in my second, just gone. I have about 5 stone to lose in total.
