Hey everyone, in starting ww tomorrow and I've no idea on what I can drink! I've joined online so don't go to groups etc. I'm cool with the points for food just confused on what I can drink freely!
I think black tea and coffee are free, as well as water and sugar free squashes. Also fruit and herbal teas are free. I'm pretty sure you can have diet drinks as well such as diet coke etc. Good luck with WW! Xx
