Vicki's weight loss diary :-)

Hey, thought I'd start a diary to keep me right :)
I've only been doing this a week, trying to follow slimming world this last week from home. My first weigh in was today and I've lost 2lb... Whoop whoop!!
I want to lose 4 stone maybe more.
Oh well, early days :)
It's also TOTM fore and I'm so tempted to have some chocolate and wine tonight. I'm not going to but I did think about it especially when my partner has text to see if I want anything brought in for later :-( I'm going to be good, just it'll kill me watching her munch her choccy and drink her wine!
Boohoo!
We're going to Hexham for the day tomorrow and taking a picnic, which is healthy but I might have a small sweet treat tomorrow.
Cio :)

Thanks JoJo :)

well im im awake and lookin forward to today, we're going to Hexham today. I've planned a nice healthy picnic and I'm feeling good (although a little bloated, totm).

im going to mooch around the shops and light a candle in the Abbey for my mam who we sadly lost 6 weeks ago, it was one of her favourite places.

I am am going to have a treat later today too, maybe something sweet with a nice coffee.

hooe the weather stays nice so we can laze in the park! (After bodyagic of course!)

Peace out hinneys xXx

Oooh something sweet with coffee... good idea. I love a sticky bun or cream something or... ooops :p

How are you doing now lovely? :)

i do it for birthdays and christmas

Thanks for the support!
I haven't really had a chance to get on here and update this week :-( Booo me!
Any way weigh day today and another 2lb off for me! I'm buzzing! Started 2 weeks ago at 16st 7lb I'm now 16st 3lb. Wonder what this next week will bring!

I do a lot of meditating to de stress me after work which works a treat for me, so I thought taking the "kind of" same approach I'd try Paul McKenna's 'I can make you thin' programme. Although I'm sticking with SW (doing it at home) I've learned loads of good habits I want to learn from him like:

*only eat when your hungry (I would pouch whenever I got the chance)

*really enjoy and savour your food, taking time chew your food and let your body let you know when you've had enough (I would normally scoff my food down in minutes and keep going till I felt chocca)

*stop when you feel satisfied (I would continue till I was fit to burst and couldn't move)

And also last night I did a online Psychic surgery which was VERY weird but hopefully all these small changes within my mind can help boost my weight loss! I definitely feel like I'm not obsessing as much about food :)

You've got me wanting a lush aided bubble bath now! Maybe a treat when I hit 3 stone :D (sadly gotta order them online though as there's no lush store here :()

Congrats on the weight loss m'lovely :D Definitely going the right way!

I definitely agree with these three. sometimes I've eaten so much that I haven't even enjoyed it, it's gone in and I spend the rest of the day uncomfortably full.

Also the only eating when hungry. It sounds stupidly easy, but when t's the "right" time it seems almost wrong NOT to eat (!)
