100lb weight loss count down food diary

Hi Guys,
I have decided to start a diary to keep me on track. I have joined Weight watchers so many times before but am determined to make it work this time. I am going to aim for 7lbs a month weight loss . I would like to lose 100lbs in total.
I joined 2 weeks ago. The first week I followed Simple Start and found this ok but did feel a little deprived as I fancied other foods that werent on the list. I must say that this was a good start as this got me in the habit of choosing the filling and healthy foods before anything else and is now in the back of my mind all the time, unfortunately I do feel like I have a very large appetite so I think pro points is a better option for me as I can only eat my points. My first week I lost 4 1/2 lbs and tonight I have just weighed in and lost 1 1/2 lbs. I was a little dissapointed tonight as I had hoped I would have lost a little more than this. This week I have been following the pro points, I did not eat all of my points each day and did not use my 49 hopefully this shall show this following week . Will check in tomorrow possibly with pictures of meals aswell .xx

So 6lbs down 94 to go!!
 
Today has been ok.
Ive been food shopping so that could have been a dangerous one but I managed to avoid all temptation!!
Breakfast

40 g shreddies -4
The one milk -3

Lunch
Birds Eye Sticky and sweet bbq chicken chargrill -4
Tomato -0
Warburton Thin -3
Fruity malt loaf slice 2

Dinner
Chicken breast -4
Potato wedges - 2
Light Mayonaise 1 tablespoon - 1
chili sauce- 1
Wholemeal roll -4

Snacks
Pink n white - 1
1 jaffa cake- 1
Weight watchers cookies -2
Weight watchers hot choc - 1

Hi Serena, Thanks, I was a little disappointed with my weight loss this week as it is only my 2nd week. I am using the ww app this week which now has a barcode scanner. This seems to make things easier to track. So no room for any mistakes counting. I was marking trumpets down as 2 but realised when I pointed kingsmill ones they are actually 3 points each, where co-op s are only 2 each. I'm finding all the diary s on here inspiring.

On Biggest Loser they always say Wk 2 is hardest, I've lost similar to you, 1st WI last Friday was -4 but this mornings 2nd WI was only -1. Onwards to Week 3 I say!!! Do you subscribe to my diary? X

Today has been a busy day so was quite easy to forget about food !
Stressed and rushing this morning so just grabbed a couple of crumpets (coop ones 5 points for 2)

Breakfast
2 crumpets -5
Marshmallow fluff tiny scraping - 1

snack
banana -0
WW Cereal bar -2
Skimmed milk -1

Lunch
1/2 tin of tuna -2
1 sandwich thin - 3
light mayo - 1
Salad - 0

Dinner
Birds eye chicken chargrill -4
Light mayo 1
pasta - 7

27/35 0/49 might add a couple of snacks in later!! Let you know how it goes

I love the fluff . Especially with a tiny amount of peanut butter, need to work the points out of this before I start putting it on my crumpets . MMMmm Fluffernutter crumpets !!!

That is fantastic, Sam. Quite a start. I admire your hard work and discipline. I honestly don't think I'd do as well as you. I have been losing some serious weight, though, but dieting and exercising alone wouldn've been enough. I have tried before but I couldn't last long enough to reach my goal. I think it's safe to say now that I am doing pretty well...on the right path. I have lost 23lbs for the past 14 weeks. I'm taking something along with diet and exercise. I'll be more than happy to tell everyone all about it if you're interested.
