I think that it's all up to the individual! I know people who use all their WP all their AP and still lose! Some use half their WP and no AP and lose! It's a case of trial and error and see what works for you I think. Personally I used 0 WP and 0 AP last week and this week I've used 8 WP and 0AP. Got a big week coming up so I plan to use most of my WP but still 0 AP! X
