Hi I've just joined this site & hoping to get to know many of you on your weight loss journey. I lost 5 stone 8 years ago on LL but unfortunately due to ill health which caused me to medically retire just over years ago, I've slowly put it all back on. So here I am ready to tackle a vlcd again & hopefully manage the same success again...x

I have just joined this site today & am hoping to meet other people that can support me too, I like you have had a rough period of ill health & only now feel ready to tackle my weight issues again.
