A level tablespoon of double cream is 3.5 syns. 2 level tablespoons of aerosol cream is 0.5 syns. (These are values from a slightly out of date book, but will give you an idea.)
But I am not sure what you mean by "sugar-free whipped cream"? Is this a specific product? Because normally if I whip cream I don't add sugar.
