Chorizo??

Anybody know what syns are in chorizo? Just added it to syn free vegetable sauce to bulk it out for pasta. Thanks

Depends on the brand. Tesco finest is 16 syns for 100g or 35.5 syns for the whole ring.

Personally I think chorizo is always worth it I tend to use 50g at a time though and chop it really small!

No, I am doing it at home. Doing EE so keep a note of how many syns I use each day.

Generally chorizo is 6.5syns for a non- extravagant range (like finest or extra special range).
Or at least that's what my book says but I'm doubting it now with the huge jump!
If you have made enough sauce for a few meals then it shouldn't work out to much.

If you have access to the calculator I would run it through that to check. I haven't been able to find any chorizo as low in syns as the book says

Yes, I had a look and said less but like Pippa says, looking at calories it doesn't seem to add up Good job tasty enough to have small pieces!
