Up a few lbs

Well I went on the hen I've been dieting for for the last three months so it's no shock really. 2 lbs is what's left of the damage since I lost the alcohol bloating. It's fair enough really for the wildness of the weekend. I really need to get back to exercising.............

Did you enjoy yourself though? 2lbs will go soon but it was worth it if you had a great time!

It was absolute madness and I look half decent in the photos for once. I really worked to get to goal heading off to catch the plane on Friday. I was 8 lbs heavier coming back on Monday though. It's down to 2 lbs now of weigh I'll actually need to work at to get off. We went to Brighton for the weekend. Had a ball!

I'm also having severe difficulty restricting my appetite again. It's like I've been let loose!

Get thee to the gym! It will come off but those last lbs are like superglue you've just got to work to get it off! Getting the appetite under control after a binge weekend is always hard! You'll get there.

i did saturday night and all of sunday off plan and i ate like a horse and gained 3lbs this week. TOTALLY worth the gain though as had a super time! Life is about gaining, then losing again so just keep the focus, get back in the gym and push on through :)

It's what I do guys as you know. Let loose a little once a week. Quite hard reining it in though.

You guys are doing brilliant. If letting your hair down a little helps focus and stick to it, then go for it. It's the advice you all gave me :)

It will fly off hun I had a sat night and all day Sunday off and was back on it even with severe tummy issues kn the Monday. By Friday at weigh in I had lost 2 and going off the peek I've had on my scales this fri (a week later) looks like a biggy. You just have to do it and once u get back to it it will be like you've never been off plan. Xx

Waaaay worse now. Put on another 2 lbs at the weekend, eating out and enjoying myself. Life's no fun for a fatty wanting to stay thinner! My CDC called around with a weeks supply of packs so I'm working myself up to starting SS+ again for a week or two. Alcohol is my nemesis......

Hey hun, I'm starting again tomorrow for a few weeks. Gained 6lb and as I still had 8lb to go I'm now a stone away from goal. Also I've now got use to my slimmer body that I now feel fat again if that makes sense. The novelty has worn off lol.

Good luck x

Total loss on cambridge - 2 stone 11lb :)

I'm 10 6 this morning so I'm getting there. Really want to get back to 10 even though by the wedding in August so need to get back in the zone. I'm grand Monday to Friday but the weekends are killing me at the moment. Thanks for asking! My new bridesmaids dress 2 sizes smaller will be arriving later this week so that should spur me on. Cambridge packs though still sitting in the press being ignored.

Have to say I feel really fat though for some reason. Met my sis yesterday who was wearing a pair of my old jeans (which would have previously been a pair for when I was "slim"), Sevens with a 32" waist. I had a 36" waist when I started CD in January. I mentioned how they looked good on her and she commented that she was surprised I'd given them away. I was comfortably wearing a pair of Diesel jeans yesterday with a 27" waist and to be honest we didn't look all that different. No muffin top or anything but I didn't feel like I looked any smaller than her and she certainly didn't notice it.

Well done hun, sounds like you're doing really well. Have you considered 5:2 for maintenance and allowing yourself only 1 of the weekend days as a day for more food? We know we can be disciplined, you just need to make it work for you long term.

You're doing super with the 27" waist!

Current loss: 25lbs and 18.5inches

Back to a BMI of 24.9 this morning YEAH!!!!!!! Only took since the 23rd May. 3 weeks later.

Ah hun as long as it happened then that's all that counts! Well done, you must be over the moon :) xx

Maintenance is seriously harder than getting it off the first time. Nightmare!

I can imagine hun but you're picking the signs up early and acting on them which is the right way to do it :)
