Slimming world extra easy

Hi new to this site, but not new to SW as I lost 3st years ago I've given EE ago about 6mths ago and lost 7lbs in first week I'm 13st 13lbs now and it's time to make a change in my lifestyle as I suffer with bipolar and this weight problem only makes me feel worse about myself, so maybe with with a little help from u guys I'll get there xxx
