Cottage Cheese

Can someone please tell me if it's okay to use Tesco Healthy Living Natural cottage cheese? A 60grms portion contains 0.8grms of fat.
I am housebound just now and have to depend on my OH to do my shopping, he said this is the lowest he can find.
TIA

The original version of the diet wouldn't have allowed it but, these days, it seems ok. I'm not in the UK though so can't say the one your hubby's chosen is the lowest available. People used to talk about Longley Farm one which is virtually fat free or Tesco Light Choices. I'd use sparingly. Could you fill out your stats because it's hard to advise correctly without knowing where you are in your journey, how much you weigh now, etc.

I'm sorry to hear you're housebound. Hope things improve for you soon.

Thank you once again for replying. I have tried to put in my stats but must be doing something wrong as they are not showing. I'm a bit of a technophobe so probably doing
something wrong. I will ask my OH or my son to show me what I am doing wrong.
I started on the attack phase on the 16th May weighing 14st and today May 23rd I weigh 13st 9.5lbs, so I am very pleased with that :)
