Ello slimmersworlder's

Iv just seen a plan on slimmersworld iv never seen befor,its the 7 syns,7 glasses of water,7 super supers a day.

Has anybody tried this,its got good reviews

Its not an official SW plan, just a challenge that some people do when they want to shake things up a bit. There are quite a few threads about it on here but I've never done it myself. It's not that much different to what most people would do anyway I would have thought
