Hello all, not been on here recently and I need a major kick up the bum! Been over-eating and now that I've recently gotten into a new relationship, I'm worried my weight will just creep up and up...
Bit of background info: I'm 24, I have PCOS and I lose weight very slowly, which is annoying. Joined WW August 2013 weighing in at 16 stone 5 and a half pounds.
Current weight: 15 st 1lbs (couple of weeks ago I weighed in at 14st 13 and I was chuffed - now seems to have been a fluke)
On pro points as it's where I feel comfortable, not really done f&h or simple start... Have a habit of forgetting to input what I've eaten onto my app.

I am going to post again tomorrow with my food diary; anyone welcome to subscribe n give me that kick up the bum that I need lol!!

Today's food diary:
Banana -0pp
2 teaspoons granulated sugar -1pp
2 Weetabix -3pp
Dash of semi skimmed milk-1pp

Chicken salad wrap - was a normal wrap, not whole meal so estimated 8-9pp
WW barbecue rice crisps -2pp
WW apple and berry pie dessert recipe yoghurt -1pp
Mini treats (crispy bites) had 4 but estimated at 5pp
Diet Pepsi -0pp

Leftover pasta with streaky bacon - mum used olive oil and am guessing 13pp?

35/34pp used 48 weeklies left. Had an hours walk down the shops and to get my eyebrows done, plus quite busy at work.
More tomorrow. Away on a hen weekend Sat-Monday so probs try and eat lightly tomorrow to save up all my points for drinking/eating out.
 
Have fun on the hen weekend, your day sounds nice. I have a stomach ache this morning so blended up 3 small bananas as a sort of ice cream and it was really nice.
 
Not posted in a while (not that I have many subscribers!) been really struggling the past few weeks, getting back into old habits and really not following pro points at all :-( am disgusted in myself, really wanna lose this weight and feel ok in myself again... Been on WW nearly a year and only lost a stone so far which is disheartening. I'm trying to inspire myself to get back into it, reading WW magazines and food diaries on here, fingers crossed it works!

It's hard when you love food too much!

I'm gonna try and post on here more frequently, posting my food diary.
I can't remember my sign in details for my app on my phone so need to get that sorted really.
Done an hours brisk walk today and been busy in work, Zumba tomorrow night and weigh in on Wednesday.

Yes definitely Serena! Lol. I wanted to quote your post but hasn't got that option on my ipad for some reason :/ Anyway, does anyone know of a 'fake' WW app I could get in the mean time? Got my password but can't remember my user name lol

Not sure why you couldn't quote? Maybe you need to have more than 100posts?
