50 reasons (and possibly more) to exercise challenge

Hi all...
I found an article online which shows 50 reasons to exercise so I've decided starting today (21/05/2014) that each day I'm going to record what exercises I am doing and give a reason why it's good to do it.
Feel free to join in :)

REASON 1:
Lifts your mood

I've just completed 50 minutes on the thigh trainer
50 squats
20 lunges
10 press ups (on knees)

I'm hoping this list will get better as I improve
