Let's get my motivation as big as my belly and bum are right now.

I first started doing WW April 10 2013.
In the weeks that followed, up to July 18 2013, I got from 12st5 to my goal at 10st, losing 33lbs using a combination of propoints and continuously being down the gym.

However, October came and the gym switched about their gym class schedule and I was no longer able to attend the classes I enjoyed due to work commitments.
And that's when the creep started appearing.
Christmas started at the beginning of November for me, and didn't seem to finish until the end of January when I finally got back on the WW meeting scales and weighed in at 10st5. Not too bad I suppose.

However, the eating didn't stop.
Despite trying to be "good", I spent at least 10 times more time being "bad". For every "good" day, there were at least 10 "bad" days following.

Last week was the final straw.
I went away on holiday to Butlins with my boyfriend, and boy did I enjoy it. But there was a LOT of food involved. Including a day at the Butlins dinner buffet where I ate a plate of pasta & meatballs, followed by fish, chips & beans AND THEN a jacket potato with cheese & beans.
And as if that wasn't enough, I followed it up with a huge bowl of cherry bakewell sponge & custard.
I ended up waddling out of the restaurant and spent at least 2 hours lying down, extremely uncomfortable, trying to stop myself from having to throw it all up to make myself feel better.

Holiday ended friday, went out clubbing friday and saturday nights with my friends for my best friend's birthday and resolved to start afresh monday.

I weighed myself yesterday and I was 69.3kg - working out at 152.8lbs.
That's 10st12. That's 12lbs over my goal weight :eek:

So here I am...

Pledging to get that, and more off.
I'd like to hit 9st this summer.
Ideally, I'd like that to be by July 18th (my 1 year anniversary at goal, which is also my birthday).
However, at just 9 weeks away, losing 26lbs is a bit of a push.
But that's the goal I'm going to aim for.

It really helped me being on these forums last time round, so I'm hoping I'll be able to do well again this time, hopefully with the support of you like minded people.

I've put this into the food diaries rather than weight loss diaries because I'm hoping to keep track of my food on here.
I have to write it down or I go off track. Also, not sure how tracking online will work because I work better with pen and paper, but I'm having issues with notebooks atm because I just can't seem to want to write in them as I'm scared of it being scruffy, so I end up writing one page, then tearing it out and making it neat and blank again =/

Right... that's enough rambling on this post.
Time to set some mini goals and get my food intake out in the open.
 
Ok.

So... food.

Yesterday I was invited round to my boyfriend's mum's for dinner, and as I knew what we were having was going to be quite hard to point, I decided to be a little slack on my food - not a great idea on my first day back on plan.
But I tried.

Started off with a bowl of Weetabix for 3pp (I have mine made with hot water not milk) - my foolproof ww breakfast which I have everyday that I'm trying to be good.
Then I went to my grandparents for lunch. Normally I'd have a frozen meal for lunch, but I really fancied the chopped pork and ham my grandma had cut up, so had 4 slices of wholemeal bread with chopped pork & ham, lettuce, tomato and salad cream in. I also had a couple of small chunks of boiled potato and followed it with a banana.
After lunch, grandma remembered she'd made a large mince pie, so I decided to try some with a smaller piece than I'd normally choose. (This bit kinda let me down)
Then I got home and the first thing I thought when I walked in the door was "what can I have to eat?". The second thing I thought was "no stupid - you're cutting down, you don't need to eat, you're not hungry. You're doing it out of habit of being bored"
So I went to go dye my hair.

Time to go for dinner and we had pitta breads (2 each) with honey/soy sauce glazed chicken and egg fried rice with salad (which had some sort of vinaigrette dressing or something on it) followed by jam & cream sponge and homemade banoffee pie. I tried a small bit of both (because cake is my serious downfall).

So not a brilliant day, but a start at least.
Definitely less than I normally would have.


Today I started my new full-time job at the place where I've been working part-time for the last year.
I'm hoping it's going to be a help with the losing weight as I'll be spending more time walking round store and less time sitting at home picking at food through boredom. If I don't pack junk or take my purse with me, I can't buy junk, and hopefully I'll eat less.

My beef ravioli is currently cooking cuz I'm staaaaaarving.
I was quite peckish yesterday evening, so may end up eating a few more bits a bit later, like a yoghurt or something.
But overall not too bad.

Really wish daily weighing was truthful.
I weighed 69.3kg monday morning, but only 68.2kg this morning.
That's a whole kilo off in 2 days.
But we all know it's just daily fluctuations =(
Be nice if it was a good result like that on monday.
Gotta keep up the hard work

The oats & honey bar on Wednesday was actually 5pp, not 2pp so therefore ended up using 3 weeklies.

End of wednesday - 46 weeklies remaining.

Yesterday I was starving.
It had been a manic morning and I ended up buying two flapjacks - and eating them both (one on my morning break, tother at lunchtime) at 8pp each.
And then I went to KFC and had a Caramel Fudge Kream Ball - but this has become a weekly (usually a Wednesday, but Wednesday didn't work this week) thing that me and a work friend do after work. We go to KFC, have ice cream and just talk about our lives, work and just a general catch up.
And it seems like she may be leaving in a few months, so gonna make the most of it.

So yesterday I had 45/26 as the following...
