WW Pro Points to lose the flab

Hiya, Im a 23yr old mummy to two boys, Leo whos 3yrs and Jamie whos 1.5yrs old. Iv turned to ww as it seems to me to be the best way to lose this weight. I need to have the control of weighing things and counting but calorie counting stresses me out and points just seem nicer lol
Today is day 1 and I weighed in at a starting weight of 12st 7lbs which is horrible to me. My happy weight is 9-10st and I need to get back there. Im having 29pp a day and have my 47pp weekly and I am going to exercise. I just did a 60min walking dvd and have also walked about 1-2 hours today outside. I counted the dvd as 3 points and had a treat afterwards!
I dont usually get hungry til 10-11am so breakfast is always late!

31pp eaten - 3 for dvd = 28pp
 
Started fresh today and will weigh in on wednesdays.
Im sore from lots of walking plus workouts so no exercise today. Plenty of running after the kids though!
 
Good luck for weigh in hun looks like ur doin good already can i ask have u been to a meetin already just that i gone down to 12 6 and wonderin my dailey pointx

hiya, no im doing it all from home with an app on my phone to work out points. Mine is called pluspoints and works out your daily points with your weight/height and other info. Im aiming for 26-29pp myself. Today has been ok but low

Meal 1 -
Tortilla pizza
Wrap 4pp
tom puree 0pp

chicken quorn pieces 1pp
green beans 0pp 200g

meal 2
Jelly 0pp with strawberries 0pp
ww crisps bacon flavour x2 4pp

milk 4pp for tea all day!

So 26pp all day.
Pleased with that :)
 
looks like a fab day hun iv done ok myself my new find is oreo ice cream 3points so worth it x

Morning! Planning my day ahead. Im on day 4 of toilet training my 3 yr old boy and its going well so far. Lots of running after him to get him to the loo on time, but hes been ok this morning.

Blended up 3 small bananas into an ice cream as I have a bad stomach ache today. Dont think I eat too much today so might be low on points but dont nag me lol

weighed today as its a monday and a fresh week. 3lbs down even with some off days last week. Today I didnt count pps or stick to plan as I had a massive headache and felt bad all day and thought weigh in treat day and back to it tomorow. Actually cant wait to get back in the morning
 
Had some sugar free jelly this morning because Iv had a bad sore tummy.
Iv got 200ml semi skimmed milk for 3pp and a hot chocolate at 1pp so 25pp left out of my 29pp budget.
Totally not sure what to have today
 
B= 2 crumpets with vegemite 3pp
L= muffin with cheese triangle 4pp
D= Spaghetti (60g) qourn chicken pieces (75g) mixed veg and lemon sauce 10pp
Plus the hot chocolate 2pp
jelly 1pp (whole pint so 1pp)
milk 3pp

22pp for the day so will add 40g of oats with cinnamon to get a total of = 27pp for the day. Not eaten much today as my stomach does not feel like it :cry:

so 27/29pp. Im going to stick to 29pp now until I get closer to goal incase losses slow down and I can cut back abit.

wow just did a "beginners" cardio circuit workout and that was a lie! So tough! 30mins and Im ready to make my dinner and settle in with the tv once the kids are in bed x

its one I found on youtube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=50kH47ZztHs its simple exercises 30secs each with a 15 sec break repeat 3 exercises 3 times in each circuit. Its nice an low impact as I cant do any high impact jumping workouts, but it still gets me tired and feeling like Iv had a workout!

Sounds Fab :) I used to do the Lesley Sansone Walking Video, found it great and didn't cost me a penny! How are u finding WW? X
 
Im finding it really good actually. I lost 2st on calorie counting then had a bad 6months and gained most of it back then tried slimming world but without the portion size recommendations and "free" foods I didnt lose or gain. Im finding o****ing points alot easier then either and im hoping I can make this a long term plan. I do the Leslie Sansone workouts now and then (mainly the 5 mile walk but only when I have enough time!) they really do get you working out, dont they? Just had breakfast and im nice and full so should have a good day. Last night I was in bed and thinking of eating but had a hot cup of tea and I was fine. It wasnt the end of the world because I couldnt pig out and I woke up so pleased with myself :D

You should feel very proud of yourself for not eating anything last night, I just need to find my willpower again!

I've only ever done 1 Mile, I take my hat off to you for doing 5 Mile! X
