Couldn't see anything for it and I'm going on Tuesday. Was wondering what is low in syns? I usually go for katsu curry.

Hi Melissa

These are the Katsu curries - hope it helps, just a little note - I have chatted to a few people who had Ramen thinking it would be lower - they are really high lol up to 35.5 syns for a bowl, just so you know.

Thank you! I think a mini katsu curry with a salad would do without going over my 15 syns. Pickles are free aren't they? Or pickled ginger?

I believe things which are usually free when pickled are still free yes Hope you have a lovely time xx

We will. Haven't been there in ages and we discovered the little one absolutely loves noodles the other day, eating and throwing them about lol.

Has anybody an idea on how many syns are in the rice dishes? I love the stir-fried rice with chicken and prawns and although it seems pretty healthy, it could be very deceiving!

These are the lowest ive found in syns (all values extraeasy)

Teriyaki Salmon Soba 14.5
Teriyaki chicken donburi 15
Chicken and prawn cha han 15.5
Chicken tama rice 16

The cha Han is lovely, and quite good for syns considering the portion sizes.
