Can anyone please tell me if we are allowed Slim Rice on the Dukan diet? It is sugar free, fat free and high in fibre.
TIA

If it's not on the list of allowed foods in the book you can't have it - trust Dr D and stick to the foods he says you can have xx

I think I've seen quite a few people saying they use these on Dukan and I think I read online you can use them as they are just Konjac plant or something or the other, I tried them but yak!!! Never again lol, maybe see how you go and if you don't lose then cut them out but as far as I'm aware the nutritional value is literally zilch so it's just like eating air in terms of cals/carbs. Xx

These kinds of products weren't around at the time he brought his books out so we're discovering them as you all are. They're expensive and tasteless but, if they rock your boat, why not!

I've always found these a lifesaver. They have no taste on their own but work well with spices. I keep a few packs at the office for a quick cheesy chicken pasta lunch (with cottage cheese and some curry or chilli sauce). Not everyone's taste, though, but as they are zero carb or fat, they are fine for dukan in my book.
