Hi All

Starting my food diary! Hopefully this will keep me on track :D

Breakfast -
Shredded Wheat x 1 (B)
Small amount of Skimmed Milk (A)
Banana
Americano Coffee - Black

Lunch -
Salad - iceburg lettuce, red pepper, sweetcorn
Tesco Cooked Ham
Satsuma

Snack - Apple

Dinner -
Grilled Chicken Breast
Small Jacket Potato
Butter ... SYN :doh:
Small amount of Cheese (A)
Broad Beans
Carrots

Drinking lots of squash and water throughout the day!

Doing set 2 of week 1 on Couch to 5k programme

Today I am going for:

Lunch -
Mexican Style Chicken Stew - incl: peppers (yellow & green), chicken, kidney beans, cream of tomato soup ... SYN :doh:, tomatoes, onions, garlic and chilli powder.
Small Jacket Potato
Satsuma

Snack - Apple

Dinner -
Scrambled Egg
Beans
Bacon with all fat trimmed off
Mushrooms
Tomatoes

Drinking lots of squash and water throughout the day!

Doing some strength training tonight :D
 
Awfully behaved over the weekend but had a family crisis - so diet went out of the window!

Today back on it and having:

Sparkling water with Robinsons squash
1 Shredded Wheat (B)
Small amount of Skimmed Milk
Prepared fruit - kiwi, mango, pineapple, pomegranate

Jacket Potato
Ham
Banana

Dinner is unknown currently but maybe a slimming world fry up again - do love them! Didn't have it Friday night either as ended up down the pub but did have salmon!

Running again tonight and lots of water & herbal teas.

10 minute workout in the morning and tonight, plus lots of water.
 
Not going to lie folks - that dinner did not turn out like it was meant to!!! - Instead I had a wrap with 2 fish fingers, some lettuce and a bit of grated cheese in - not so bad as usually have it with lots of ketchup and no lettuce!!! Learning to kerb it a bit but still should have said no - in my defence, it was late.... :whistle:

Today will consist of:

Usual breakfast - Shredded Wheat x 1 (HEx B) & Small amount of Skimmed Milk (HEx A)
Sparkling Water
Americano Coffee - Black

Lunch -
Jacket Potato
M&S Extra Lean Ham - Addicted to this stuff and only £1 - I eat a whole pack lol
Salad of lettuce, cucumber, yellow pepper and cherry tomatoes - yum!

Snacks - Apple and Banana

Dinner -
DEFINITELY going to make bacon and pea risotto, I spied some bacon this morning so no excuses

I am on an early shift (my commute takes 1 & 1/2 hours) so will get home, do my run and then make dinner, make double portions to have for lunch.

Bring it on day!
