Mummy's countdown to Christmas

Hi all,

I started my SW journey in February and have lost 1 stone 7.5 pounds. My last weigh-in on Thursday was the first week I didn't lose, but I did STS so not too bad.
I've decided to start a diary to help me stay on track and so others can give me advice.
I have a 21 month old and when I was pregnant with him had a very rough time of it which resulted in an emergency c-section. I was overweight when I got pregnant so am sure that was linked to the problems I had. My husband and I have decided we would like to have another child and have decided that we want to start trying after Christmas due to work commitments, our financial situation and how old my oldest will be. It just fits well with our life.
I don't want to have all the problems I had last time especially when I will be running around after a toddler so I am doing this diary to help keep me focused.

Green Day for the first time having been on EE.

Breakfast - magic porridge (hex b) with raspberries and strawberries.

Lunch - salad with grated cheese (hex a) and sliced olives (1syn)

Tea- quorn sausage and cajun bean stew
Snacks - cups of tea with milk (hex a)
Mullerlight yoghurt after tea
Hi-fi bar (hex b)

Red Day for the first time, always been on EE.

Breakfast - magic porridge (hex b) with melon.

Lunch - salad with grated cheese (hex a) and 2 quorn sausages

Tea- hunters chicken (3 and 1/2 syns) and mixed veg

Snacks - cups of tea with milk (hex a)
Hi-fi bar (hex b)

I never usually feel hungry until I eat, very strange, once I start eating I usually start craving everything I shouldn't, my will power is stretched to the limit!!

Change of plan tea is now going to be fakeaway pizza plus some wine, going to syn the bottle but have it tonight and tomorrow so 25.5 over 2 days
 
The weekend is where I always struggle, I think it's because I don't plan as well as I could so to I have very little idea what I'm going to eat but know I'm having chinese takeaway tonight. So, I'm going to fill in what I eat as the day goes on.
