CD Day 1...

well im back

i only managed cd for 1 whole day last time as the timing was sooo wrong!!

so today is day one and me and my bestest bud are in it 2gether, so far ive had a tetra and 2 pints of water

and i have a stonking headache so im gonna keep myself occupied and go buy loads of magazines to look at skinny people lol

i wish you all the best chuckie21, i am now in my second week after being a c.d 'virgin', and i am loving it, it is not easy, but the weight loss is what i think about and being able to wear nice clothes and high heeled shoes xx
