I'm new to slimfast

Hiya everyone, I have decided to get SF a go.I got down t0 just over 11st but I have had a few holidays and gained a stone, my jeans are to tight and I have no intention of buying a bigger size.

I'm starting SF tomorrow. Got my friends wedding in June so want to shed a bit of weight before then

How are you finding it? xx
