Hi all. I know there's been a bit of a flap lately with Slimming World changing some of the Healthy Extras, and for a little while only two bars (except for HiFi's) qualifying as a B choice.

Just checked the SW website this morning and they have updated their list once again. The HExB cereal bars which are listed as of today are:

- 1 x Toffee Dazzler or Rainbow Smashems or Milk Chocolate or Strawberry Crusher flavour Weetabix Oaty bar
- 1 x Dark or Milk Chocolate Special K Chewy Delight bar
- 1 x Morrisons NuMe Chewy Cranberry Cereal bar
- 1 x Tesco Healthy Living Chocolate & Caramel Cereal bar
- 2 x Tesco Healthy Living Apple & Strawberry Cereal bar
- 1 x Asda Chosen By You Apple & Raspberry or Banoffee or Chocolate flavour Vitality Chewy Cereal Bar
- 2 x Honey Monster Stix Honeycomb & Milk Chocolate Cereal bar

Hope this helps!

fab - thanks for the info

The only one missing from your list Princess_Stevie is:

1 x Morrisons NuMe Chewy Chocolate Fudge :)

The aldi ones are 66 cal each, I've heard these would be 2 for Hex B?

So we can have the chocolate honey monster stix? I saw a post on fb saying we were not allowed them now. Ive been letting the kids eat my stash!

Edit - Ignore me...Ive just saw the other post about this! Had a few days away and I miss everything!

Are the Aldi bars not HEB any more? I know they've been out of stock for MONTHS but my Aldi has got them back in now.

Choc & fudge: 65 cal, 7.2g fibre
Apple & sultana: 68 cal, 6.8g fibre
Summer fruit: 68 cal, 6.7g fibre

ive got these, they are about the same as the Alpen under 70 cal so I've been using them as x2 for HExB. I'll ask at group on Saturday though x

The Aldi bars are no longer listed as a SW HEb - if you choose to use them as such & it doesn't affect your losses, then all well & good. However SW must have removed them from their list for some reason so........

True, I'm going to use the rest that I've got as syns and then try the ones on the list x

I'm not saying they should be used as a HEB (in fact my post asked if they could be or not). I'm wondering, when did the recipe change? When did they get removed from the list?

My consultant was always reluctant to mention benefit bars as a heb, I assume because it affected her hifi sales. She skipped over them when I brought them in to a taster session. Just sayin'.

Still clinging to my beloved Alpen Light bars :( Anyone know when the new ones are replacing these ones?
