My diary, half way there :)

Right have decided to start a diary.I am half way to target & starting to go off track a bit lately so need to focus! Have been doing a mixture of slimming world & calorie counting with a few binges in between :eek: decided to do a few weeks of just calorie counting to try & reduce my overall intake & maybe shrink my stomach so that I don't eat so much when I go off plan! I haven't joined a group this time just doing it at home weighing in on a wed.My little boy is one in a few weeks 9th june & would really like to have lost another 7lb by then taking me to 3 stone in total.Im aiming for 1400 cal a day maybe 1600 at the weekend :)
 
So far so good today :) expecting a gain tomorrow after a bad weekend but will just soldier on & break through this barrier! I always seem to get stuck in the thirteens!
 
Good luck you can do it! Think everything falters a bit at bank holidays etc, especially when its nice weather!
 
well ive managed to maintain this week.Thinking of changing my weigh in to tues morning so as not to go off the rails at the weekend,feeling positive about this week :)
 
Great day so far,managed to resist the doughnuts at a friends house & would normally have a treat as its weigh day but not today feel back in control again :)
 
Thankyou Sparkles:)Well went over calories yest on Prosecco & going out tomorrow night so trying to be really good food wise & have had 1200 calories today which wasn't easy with a hangover!!
 
Lots of drinks on Saturday night but healthy food in the day so hoping it will be ok.Had roast dinner yesterday but didn't go over calories so fingers crossed that I get a loss this week :)
 
weigh in tomorrow & feeling nervous! Have eaten well all week but not sure what impact drinking alcohol thurs & sat will have,really need a loss to spur me on though.Fingers crossed calorie counting has worked for me :)
