Asda Cooked Frozen Chicken Strips

Ones anyone know if these are free? I assume that they would be as it's just plain chicken cut into strips and frozen? I hope it is as most nights I live off it for my dinners after work with different things.

I can only see the hot and spicy frozen strips, plain chilled strips, and frozen plain chunks. All are free. So I would assume pretty confidently that the plain frozen strips are also free.

Looks like the exact same question was asked about 15 posts below yours where I posted a list of all the Asda chicken strips that are on the SW site. As slimlolly says, there's a good chance it'll be free as long as it's only pure chicken - check the pack to make sure there's no sneaky oil etc. As long as it's this one, it is free

Does anyone know if the asda tikka strips and diced chicken breast are free too? They wernt listed on that other post and have been searching all over the syn value forums. Similar to above cooked and frozen, iv checked ingredients and no mention of oil so im hoping so...
