Ok so here goes ... Setting this up ahead of time!
In may I will start to get my mojo back and feel great !

I will be doing a mix of training and sticking to low carb /healthy eating!

I want to loose mainly inches and shape my body and around 1-2 stone. My ideal Weightloss goal is 2lb a week , nice a slow , I will be posting updates and weigh ins weekly !

Hey Cardiio :)

Will be joining the weight loss bandwagon later this week (when my shakes arrive!) and I want to have lost 4lbs by the end of May.
