Welcome to the world of TFR. It does get easier, honestly. The first three days are usually the worst, then it gets a bit easier as you're no longer hungry but you have to fight psychologically against the urge to eat for maybe 2-3 weeks, everyone's different, but after that it becomes habitual most of the time and you don't really think about it. Just be strong in the early stages and think about why you want to do this. Make your WHY bigger than your temporary desire to eat something. Good luck.

Thank you, now on day 4 and feeling much better still hungry though and cooking for the kids is tough goin, shakes going down loads easier, just miss lots of things, chewing gum etc, smelling chocolate is sad but ive done it lol I need to lose and hope it works x x

Hi jester4,

I have moved you to the Lipotrim forum as your thread will get more attention here.

The first week is tough but just think in a couple of days you will have weigh-in and a good weight loss will be your reward!

Be sure to drink your water throughout the day and it also helps to brush your tongue when you are brushing your teeth...the bad breath does go away

Hang in there...if you get through this weekend you know then you can do it.

Hi Jester, I'm on day 14 today feeling really good so it does get easier, some people have mixed the vanilla with coffee to make a latter style that might make it easier to drink :) I'm not really even thinking about food any more and I'm cooking for my OH, strangely now I'm thinking it will be strange to go back to food... Keep posting and keep going :) xx

Thank you for moving my post I am a chat forum newbie ,just thought this was the place for support, today not been so bad, but yesterday I only managed 1 shake felt really bad, kids all got my bad mood bless em. I have read about adding coffee but its not someting I drink anyway, must admit today cooking lamb chops, potatoes, veg etc was much easier and the urge to pick was less, I did cheat today though I had about 10 dry rice krispies, omg they were good lol, I am sticking with it I as want to be healthier for my kids, also been asked to be a maid of honour at the end of june so if I can walk into a shop and get a dress of the racks I will be happy,(started this a size 22) but will continue as I have lots to lose, thank you everyone x x

I am glad that you have found it a bit easier today...try and take all your shakes as it is important for your health...the taste will improve as your body gets used to all the vitamins and minerals.

Being maid of honour is a very good incentive and of course being healthier for your children...you could be down two stone or more by the end of June if you follow the plan strictly.

I'm weigh in Thursday morning but planning on having a shake and water first. I've done lots of diets and have said this is last one so I have changed my behaviour one by not chasing pattern on weigh day. ?.. Let us see how this works I may regret it

If I had shakes left I would be havjng them as normal, good luck for Thursday, how long have you been on lp? I to have been on diet after diet,
