Oh fiddlesticks...

...or something slightly stronger! I've haven't been here for about a month, and when I finally braved the scales again I'd put on 6lbs.

April has been a crazy month. Between two work trips and a family holiday I have only been at home 6 days out of 30, and I'm afraid I have really let things slide. Which is hugely frustrating, as I was doing so well - and I don't just mean weight loss (although that was going nicely), but also mindset.

Feel like not only have I gained the weight, but I have seriously lost momentum. I tried to get back on plan yesterday, but ended up snacking mindlessly in the evening - again.

I need someone to give me a stern talking to, please!!

I'm starting over today, with a new food diary and new commitment. If you see me near the Easter eggs, wine or ice cream, please stage an intervention!! :)

April has been a crazy time for me too with half term, a holiday & my bday & wedding anniversary! What has got me back on track is concentrating on the 6 weeks school holidays its 3 months away & plenty of time to chip away at the weight loss,I really want to feel comfortable in my own skin by then & be able to bear my arms in public! Id suggest finding 2 or 3 reasons why it is important to you to lose weight whether it be attending a wedding or another holiday.Try & have one good day on plan go to bed early if need be because the morning after you feel so much better & then it seems to get your motivation back to carry on,goodluck you can do it :)

I was the same last week. Went to my weigh in last Thursday and had put 3.5 lb on - add that to the 3 I'd put on a couple of weeks earlier and I've gained 6.5 in 4 weeks! I was disgusted with myself (though I'd had a brilliant easter weekend - fine with choc but oh that wine!!!). I've been properly back on track since and am determined to get it off. I've found it really easy this week as my heads in the right place - thats the main issue

You KNOW you can do it - good luck
