HEXB for gluten-free

Hi,

I know that BFree wraps count as a HEXB, but I was wondering about other options (my Asda always seems to sell out of the wraps). I see that there are a lot of wholemeal breads that you can have but does this mean that I can just have GF versions? I usually have either Tesco Free-from loaf or Waitrose love life GF loaf (GF loaves are very hit and miss and these seem to be the nicest ones).

You can have 60g of any whole meal bread so just weigh them. ( just make sure they are whole meal not whole grain)

It doesn't have to be wholemeal if it's gluten free it just have to be 60g of ANY gluten free bread, I think because there is such limited choice when it comes to gluten-free options.
