advice needed

I'm gutted but Due to health reasons I am unable to continue with Cambridge diet

I've went from 17.2 to 15 and as I have have complications from surgery I can't continue as I have spasms when I don't eat regularly so was thinking of going straight to slimming world to continue losing weight

However am I going to put weight on to start with or what's the best way to avoid putting weighing should I introduce cards slowly even doing slimming world xx

Such a shame you can't carry on you've done really well so far. As you're switching to sw I would think it'll be better in the long run to brace it whole heartedly. My mam does sw and says it can be low carb if you choose the right plan. Maybe a cat with someone on the sw forum about what the diet involves might be worth a try? Good luck

I went straight from cambridge to weight watchers. I limited carbs for the first few days and then gradually increased. I just use the daily points and dont use weeklies and im averaging a loss of 2 lbs a week since (on the weeks I have kept to this plan). I havent regained any weight since cambridge. Sorry I dont know how slimming world works.

No that's great thanks I just mean eating again what it was like so it's good to know to introduce cards slowly this what I'll do spoke to slimming world consultant tonight and she was lovely and said the same thing thanks alot xx

Can't you look into a higher plan on Cambridge rather than ss? The packs are brilliant just as part of a regular 'normal' diet as they're nutritionally balanced

Yeah maybe you could do step 3 or 4 so that it is still low carb and therefore you shouldn't gain?

Total loss = 26lbs
