I'm doing this one day at a time x

Hiya ladies and gents. I a recently new here and have started a thread some where else but I think a food diary is what I was after. I am a mum of two on a mission to shift the weight of the kids ( now 3 years on and carnt be using that as a excuse any more). Also I went through a depression after I had the kids and piled on a heap of whight that I didn't even see. After this point I lost 2 stone bringing me down to 16st 4 lb. Which im proud of but its a long way from goal. (10st 4lbs)Hoping to lose a stone and half by my friends wedding at the end of July which is more than possible if I put my mind to it. So I best start wiggling the jiggle. ; 0) So here I am to record my food and exercise. Would love to here any opinions or tips off anybody.x

So I will report back to you later tonight on how it's going and how many syns I have used. I'm going to attempt kfc chicken for tea.x
 
So change of plan for tea I'm going out with the all the family which includes mum dad sisters and all the kids hopefully there will be a healthy option. I'm armed with my slimming world book and free food hehe. On the plus side I still have not used any syns today. There's so much you can do with free food and to add to that I found some of the old style alpan light bars in asda. I am going to make kfc chicken tho defently absolutely tomorrow. Had it before and it was yummy x

Yesterday

L: beef sandwich and fruit
T: morrocain chicken and bun
Total syns : 2 X brown bun 13 syns
Not good really but time was a nightmare. Got to start planning for days like this.
