So I've just started my journey. Day one and I've had porridge, soup and 2 shakes. Didn't taste as bad as I thought they would!
But I've been hungry all day. Stomach growling hungry! Does this get easier?

I'm currently 11stone 5..
Goal is 9stone :)

Hey it does get easier I'm on day 12 and for the past 4 days I'm not hungry at all have no cravings for anything and finding it so much easier the first few days I could have easily gave in but didn't and when I weighed in for my first week I had lost a stone so stick with it drink loads of water and it will get better soon xx

Water is the key. Lots and lots of water or green tea or something similar. I'm not going to lie the next few days will be hard. You'll feel tired and hungry and generally a bit rubbish but when you step on the scales at the end of the week you'll feel great and that will spur you on. Would you normally have had all your food by now? (Some who work shifts would, but evenings is when I struggle more so I save a product for then) I just ask because if you're peckish now later might be hard!

Get through the first three days and you'll find it easier! It is tough but so worth it!

I've had lots of water. I'm surviving but it's not easy! It better be worth it!
Any tips on which shakes are nice warm or cold etc? I've just tried cappuccino warm with a spoon of coffee in and almost throw up.. :(

I like the choc and choc mint ones warm. Also I know lots of people have the vanilla with a spoon of coffee in but I've not tried that. I'm not a fan of the cappuccino shake. Also try adding some nutmeg or mixed spice to the warm vanilla, makes it taste like Christmas. Keep going it absolutely is worth it!

The choc ones are all nice warm and the rest are all really nice as slush puppies mixed with crushed ice! Will be better when it's sunny out not raining like it is today lol

The shakey, ill feeling is carb withdrawal. It feels like flu. But after a day or so it'll go but you just have to plough on through.

If you really keep struggling try having a bit of protein. Some chicken, ham or tuna just to help you through. Hope you feel better soon.
