The idea of this thread is to shame us all into being healthier!!!

We need to be completely honest and try to check in every day. That way, if there are any issues with weight loss, we can look back at previous posts and work out what's going wrong and how to improve.

I'll be posting both food and exercise stats as I need to give myself a little push to go to the gym more often. Might add in how much water I've drank too because I always forget to drink enough.

As it's weigh-in day tomoz I think we should start it then (and I forgot to bring my dinner to work so had to have a vending machine meal tonight! :( The shaaaaame!!!).

Go to tickerfactory.com to get a weight-loss timeline thingymabob like mine and add it into your signature. You can edit it every Thursday after weigh-in and watch your progress.

Hi girls, I went with green day cause i still can't grasp extra easy.

Breakfast -1 slice wholemeal (HB) with tin of beans
Lunch -ainsley harriet med veg cous cous with chopped beetroot, cucumber and tomatoes
Dinner - Quorn spag bol with dolmio and sprinkling of cheese (HA?)
Pudding - half teaspoon of nutella

drank 2 pints of water, diet coke

Syns - dolmio don't know how much 6?? and nutella 1 or 2?? cous cous someone on here said it's 0.5?

that's me for the day, correct me if i'm getting it wrong please and tomorrow i won't be as vague :)



 
I've went through the fakeaways book and picked out meals for the week - I intend to make tandoori chicken, tikka masala, Cajun chicken burgers, burger in a bowl, battered fish, bbq chicken drumsticks, chicken nuggets and coleslaw. all served with either sw chip, salad or veg.

Mushy pea curry is meant to be nice.. has anyone tried it?
I've a load of old sw mags and recipe books if anyone wants to have a mooch through them.
 
I fell asleep in the middle of writing my post last night. Oops.

Breakfast - Weetabix mini's with skimmed milk and a banana
Lunch - Bulgar wheat with grated carrot and chopped peppers & cucmber. Wasn't nice so I had mango n strawberry instead.
Dinner - Chicken n mushroom pasta n sauce with a bit of ham and a pear for afters.
Snacks - Frozen toffee muller light and a Cadbury cream egg mini cone (not sure how many Syns).
Drinks - 3 Litres of water and 3 cups of tea with sweetener.

Is that ok? I'm still learning.

Fi, why don't you use bulgar wheat instead of cous cous? I can't tell the difference at all but its free and its higher in protein.

Sinead, that was a clever post. You didn't tell us what you ate... xx
 
I think I went over my Syns yesterday. I need to get one of those books...

Breakfast - Weetabix mini's with skimmed milk and a banana
Lunch - KFC chicken strips (homemade recipe from this website. Free and really tasty!)
Dinner - Chicken n mushroom pasta n sauce.
Snacks - Half a frozen toffee muller light. A Mars bar and a choc digestive :S Not sure how many Syns I had there but I'll be extra good today to make up for it. Also had a few slices of packet ham, a pear and some mango.
Drinks - 2.5 Litres of water and 2 cups of tea with sweetener.
Exercise - No gym again but I worked on the house for a few hours, moving rubble n stuff so that's gotta count for something.

I made pasta last night (for lunch today, cold) with my own sauce. Quark with 2 egg yolks and some boiling water. Added celery salt, chives, garlic granules and chopped ham. Tastes nice. Roll on lunch time!

Fiona, We going gym today? I finish work at 3 so can be there at half past to meet you.

When is Teresanne joining?

Lunch - wholewheat pasta with homemade sauce and ham. Had some mango chunks after as I overcooked the sauce and it was a bit stodgy.
Dinner - Spaghetti hoops on one slice of wholemeal toast. Ate two carrots while I was waiting for it to cook.
Snacks - A couple of chunks of melon and a mini twix.
Drinks - 1.5 Litres of water and 5 cups of tea with sweetener.
Exercise - No gym again but I ran to the house and did a few hours work there.

Made tomato soup last night. It was so easy!!! I'll be filling up on that when I get back from the gym tonight so I don't snack. Exercise makes me so hungry :(

Had a sneaky little early weigh-in today before work and I'm still the same... I think I'm doing something wrong. I'll blame the mars bar. That must have been over my Syns. Need to start looking things up before I eat them.

I haven't been sleeping a lot because of work and haven't been going to the gym as much as usual, so maybe that's added to it too. 4 days til weigh-in. I'm aiming for 6lb loss. There. I said it. Now I have to do it.

More sleep. More gym. More water. Less syns. More superfree.

Boom!
 
Fiona, I found that angel delight thing I was talkin about:

"1 sachet of hartley sugar free jelly (1/2syn for whole packet)
2 muller light yoghurts

I used raspberry jelly, 1 choco sprinkles yog, and a strawberry yog.

Make the jelly up as directed - 1/2pint boiling water - stir in jelly crystals - add 1/2 pint cold water

Add both muller lights before jelly is set and whisk.

Place in fridge whisking every 10mins for the first hour.

Place in a huge bowl/container as the mixture at least doubles in size!

Mine took overnight to set (made mine around 7pm was set by next day)"

Beans on toast, cous cous salad (beet root sweetcorn etc) hard boiled egg, same left over salad for dinner with corn on the cob and bit of pasta. Smeared my corn on cob with loads of butter then realised and swapped it for a plain one :( frozen mullerlight, sugar free jelly

Today beans on toast again, pasta and tom sauce 4syns? with grated cheese, hard boiled egg, sugar free jelly half mullerlight, noodles 2.5syns fried mushrooms fry light cause I was still hungry. Bored now, want a cream scone.

Your mars bar was 14 syns Cat. If u want choc get some fun size bars or bag of buttons and suck them. Or chew the Mars bar and spit into nearest bin! x
 
Weetabix minis, skimmed milk, banana, couple of spoons of leftover pasta from yesterday. Mango chunks, bit of pineapple, homemade soup, super noodles, pear, mini twix, 3 choc coins, 2 litres water, 2 cups of hot water n lemon, 2 cups tea. Then I made SW pancakes ( to warm up for breakfast today) n was nibbling away at one when sinead pointed out I'd have to syn the oats. Oops. Theyre a bit weird anyway!!

I need to cut out the chocolate. Busy day today so hopefully I won't have time for chocs!

Cat you aren't having enough superfree but im not one to talk as neither am I!!

Breakfast - 1/2 SW quiche (mushrooms, toms, broccoli, chicken, quark and eggs)
Lunch- Cant remember
Weird dinner - Tuna mixed with peppers and toms. a sainsburys sausage (1/2 syn), a few prawns

Syns - a feckin load!! too many to mention
Drinks - mum made me 2 cups of tea probably full fat milk and 3 ladles of sugar, I don't drink enough

Right -- from tomorrow I am gona do this properly as I am being good in some ways but messing it up in other silly ways.

Cat - check ur pasta and sauce syns
 
I want mum to win one but its not guna stop me trying. None of my stuff fits n Im back into size 16s so I'm guns try really hard this week. Tuesday is last weigh in n I want that jackpot!!! Come on sinead. Head in the game!!!! Xx
