help finding a thread i posted..

Okay so im a newbie andi havent a clue what im doing ... i clicked subscribe instantly by email on like 3 threads , but i forgot to do it in two threads , one was my food diary , which i cant find now andi dont even know where i posted haha so it obviously says only im contol panel ... i dont know what this is. could anyone tel me
