It should have the calorie content on the packet. 1 syn per 20 calories. Tesco's website says they are 38 calories each, which makes them 2 syns each.

Ah, I see. The Tesco website is usually good for calorie values (other supermarkets are available!!

I really like Lotus biscuits - they are a great texture as well as taste. They do chocolate ones as well, which seem to have the same number of calories, and therefore syns. The chocolate ones come in little packages inside the larger package, which means they are good for packed lunches, etc.
